PURPOSE:To obtain two comb parts at one time and to improve yield of a material, by providing prepared holes like zigzag to each other by leaving prescribed width from both sides in the longitudinal direction of a blank material, cutting it along a line for connecting both the prepared holes, and forming the teeth of a comb. CONSTITUTION:Prepared holes 5a, 5b for shearing and cut-joining are made simultaneously like zigzag at positions shifted by 1 pitch on the left and right against the feed direction, on a blank material. Subsequently, the prepared holes 5a, 5b are cut-joined by shearing said material along the line for connecting the prepared holes 5a, 5b of both sides, but sheared comb teeth 6a are not cut down but are joined with a belt edge 7a. In ths same way, comb teeth 6b sheared 1 pitch before are also joined with a belt edge 7b. This shearing is executed once at every stroke of a press, and the comb teeth 6a, 6b are made alternately, on the belt edges 7a, 7b. In this case, width (a) of the prepared hole 5a is join-shape part 9a of the belt edge 7a and the comb teeth 6a is made smaller than T and (a). |
