PURPOSE:To aim at preventing the slack of a tape in time of stopping a device in winding the tape that is less in an elongation percentage, by installing a spiral spring, capable of winding up the tape in its delivery direction, in a friction plate being pressure-welded to the end face of a brake drum solidly unified with a tape pad supporting block. CONSTITUTION:In time of starting the operation of a device, a friction plate 34 rotates together with a tape pad supporting block 30 until a spiral spring 35 is wound up, and stops at that point that the spring 35 gets wound up. At this time, if such a tension as being more than the backward turning force produced at the spiral spring 35 acts on a tape, the tape pad supporting block 30 rotates as slipped against the friction plate 34, and afterward it means that tension is always imposed on the tape. Therefore, when the device stops and thereby the tape is going to be slackened, the backward turning force of the spiral spring 35 acts on the tape, so that there is no fear of having the tape slackened. |
