PURPOSE:To obtain a small size, light weight separation straightner by inserting a coil spring into a tubular drum then straightening the spring group pneumatically and carrying it to next process. CONSTITUTION:A spring 38 is inserted into a tubular drum 30 in a spring separation straightner after applying a cover 48 the air is delivered alternatively through an air delivery hole 37 and another air delivery hole 40 facing obliquely at the intermediate member 36 side of a connecting tube 39 while the air is delivered through an air delivery hole 42 at the flexible 41 side of said tube 39. The spring 38 group will collide each other and rotate sequentially in the direction of arrow 50 by the air delivered through said hole 37 to straighten those entangled at the notch section 34. They will enter sequentially in the V-groove 35 and straightened and pass through a hole in the intermediate member 36 to the connecting tube 39. Since the air is blown continuously through the delivery hole 42, the spring 38 is blown and carried to next process. |
