PURPOSE:To enable to make press fit of various parts whose press fit forms are different with each other, by providing an automatic cut-off function through which a load for press fit is set and a load of more than a given one becomes inactive and a confirmation function of a moving quantity of a stroke, in a press fit controller of the parts of an automatic assembling device. CONSTITUTION:A controlling motor 5 is driven, a feed screw 4, a connecting component 3 and a working spindle 2 are fed and a part W1 is fitted over a spindle W2 by pressure. Comparison of the pressure with that for reference press fit is performed at an intermediate point of its stroke wherein progress of the stroke is kept on as it is when the pressure is within an allowable range and a state is decided as unusual when the pressure is outside the allowable range. When a load for press fit is arrived at the load for automatic cut-off, a feed of the working spindle 2 is suspended and it is checked if that point coincides with an instruction point of movement. When the load is within the allowable range, it is confirmed that the part W1 is seated over the spindle W2 normally by required fitting pressure. |
