PURPOSE:To enlarge an application range and to improve a heat radiation effect, by providing a wick layer on at least one hand of the inner face of a cover at the tip end of a heat pipe or the outer circumference of a sheath pipe. CONSTITUTION:A wick layer 109 for removing heat is provided on the cooling surface of a body 4 attached to the tip end of a heat pipe. Accordingly, a normal operation is carried out because the layer 107 for removing a heat input restricts the heat input to the body 4 of the heat pipe even under such conditions that a heat flow is high and a limit functioning as the heat pipe is exceeded and the application range of a heat flow meter is enlarged. That is, the fact that the body 4 is melted in the case where the heat flow is large or an operation liquid 11 is dried out and foamed by concentrating a thermal load partially, is prevented. |
