PURPOSE:To open a side gate in the initial stage of the dumping of a bed by controlling the rotation of a connecting arm connected to a side gate by a roller rolling on the guide surface of a guide member provide on the arm. CONSTITUTION:When a bed 3 is operated for dumping to the side round a hinge part 4, a torque shaft is also turned round the hinge part 4. Consequently, a roler 19 at the top of an operation arm 17 is floated up on a guide face 18 of a guide member 20. However, since the weight of loads works on the inside of a side gate 6, a connecting arm 11 is turned anticlockwise by the floated-up portion, and the gate 6 begins to be opened. As the bed 3 is continuously operated for dumping to the side, the roller 19 rolls on the guide face 18, and the arm 11 is brought in contact with a stopper 21 on a rear wall face 10 of the bed 3. In this construction, even if the bed 3 is operated for dumping over 30 degrees, the arm 11 is regulated for rotation, and the gate 6 is maintained at an opened state of 90 degrees. |
