PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality of a molded motor and to improve the reliability of the motor by forming a hole which passes in the slot of a stator core, forming a hole at a bracket corresponding to the hole, and integrally clamping both side brackets and the stator via a metal clamping unit having an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A toroidal coil 2 is wound on a yoke at every slot of a stator core 1. After stop rings 9a, 9b are mounted on a shaft 6, bearings 7a, 7b are fixedly mounted on the outside of a rotor 5, and held at spigots 4a, 4b of a stator 4 via brackets 8a, 8b. A hole 12 which passes from one end to the other of the stator 4 is formed, holes of the same diameter, of the same number are mounted at the parts corresponding to the holes 12 of the mounted brackets 8a, 8b, metal clamping units having electrically insulating layers such as rivets 13 are inserted to the outer periphery passing the holes, the ends 13' are caulked, and the brackets 8a, 8b and the stator 4 are integrally clamped. |
