PURPOSE:To enable a lid not to be opened before pressure in a container is released when the pressure in the container is high, by making the lid press a brake plate to block the rotation of the blake plate. CONSTITUTION:When an operating rod 14 is rotated through a handle 13, the operating rod 14 descends to close a lid 6 as shown by the imaginary line. When the lid 6 is closed, pressure in a container 2 is applied to the back of the lid 6 so that the lid 6 presses a brake plate 17 from below. Since the press of the lid 6 causes the brake plate 17 not to be rotated, the handle 13 cannot be rotated. When pressure in the container 2 is released and the lid 6 does not press the brake plate 17, the operating rod 14 can be rotatably lifted through the handle 13 and at the same time the brake plate 17 and the lid 6 are lifted. |
