发明名称 APPARATUS FOR DECREASING IRON LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL ELECTROMAGNETIC STEEL STRIP
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the realization of the maximum effectiveness possible, by adjusting the magnitude of force for inflicting strain according to properties of steel sheet in the apparatus for decreasing iron loss inflicting strain on the surface of steel strip. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet is infliced on with minute dotted strain by a method wherein, for example, metal particles are projected with an impeller 4 on the surface of steel strip 1 travelling in the direction of arrow penetrating the slit 2 of conveyor 3. A couple of magnetic field and magnetic flux density detectors respectively before and after the apparatus for inflicting strain are regularly magnetized with a static power source 11 of oscillator of commercial frequency. The iron loss arithmetic control is composed of an integrator 13, an amplifier 14, a multiplier 15, a divider 16, a superficial setting signal generator 17 and a micro computor 22 outside the pass line of strip. Further, the magnetic flux density arithmetic control is composed of an integrator 18, a rectifier 19, a divider 20 and a reference voltage generator 21. Then, the iron losses before and after inflicting strain are compared with set values after a computor 22 computes the iron loss, their difference being outputted to the apparatus for inflicting strain (a) and the variation of projection speed of metal particles is regulated.
