PURPOSE:To enable a high speed response of a motor by predicting the instantaneous speed of the motor with the latest detected speed value and the detected value obtained before the latest value when the speed is controlled by a microcomputer to obtain a speed feedback signal. CONSTITUTION:A digital motor control device is composed of a microcomputer 1, a gate pulse generator 2, a thyristor converter 3, an incremental encoder 6 and a counter 7. The istantaneous speed is predicted whenever the latest detected value Nf(n) is obtained from the encoder 6 by a computer using the detected value Nf(i) obtained before that time and the Nf(n), the calculation is performed with the output NR(n) as a speed feedback signal, and set to the gate pulse generator 2. Accordingly, the delay in the detection time can be eliminated in the detection of the speed, thereby stably accelerating the response. |
