Folding sheet for correspondence comprising two flaps that may be folded together and are designed to be stuck along some of their edges so as to form an envelope inside which there is previously folded, along a line bordering the flaps at a right angle to their abovementioned folding axis, an adjoining part forming the message sent to the addressee, the folding sheet being characterised in that the said adjoining part consists of two strips 3, 4 - 5, 6 that may be folded together parallel to the abovementioned bordering and folding line Y, these strips comprising at least two flaps 3, 5 designed to be folded and stuck together along their edges that are transverse to the corresponding folding line Z to form a reply or return envelope, one 5 of the two flaps covering the other 3 only partially, the exposed portion of which latter has a stick-down strip 9 with which to close the reply or return envelope. <IMAGE>
