PURPOSE:To facilitate levelling adjustment and to reduce the number of working steps by mounting a brake plate on a rotor rim with adjusting screw engaged into the threaded hole formed at the plate and a bolt inserted into a mounting bolt hole formed at the center of the screw. CONSTITUTION:A brake plate 10 is mounted on a rotary rim 4 with an adjusting screw 11 engaged to the threaded hole (c) formed at the plate 10 and a mounting bolt 6 inserted into a mounting bolt hole (d) formed at the center of the screw 11. The screw 11 is turned while measuring the level of the slide surface (a) of the plate 10, the screw 11 is intimately contacted with the lower nut 5 of the rim 4, and when the level of the surface (a) falls within the allowable value, a clamping nut 12 is clamped by the bolt 6, and the plate 10 is secured. In this manner, the level adjustment can be facilitated, the adjusting accuracy can be improved, and the number of working steps can be reduced. |
