A foam formed in an apparatus 15 provided for this purpose is added directly into a flow mixer 11 where it is mixed with binding agents and additives, the foam mixture thus formed then being transported to the user site by means of a pump 22. The flow mixer 11 is composed of mixing blades rotating in a housing 11 into which the foam forming apparatus 15 emerges, so that the foam is incorporated into the suspension before a circulation pump 22 transports the mixture to the user site. The invention is mainly used for the manufacture of porous concrete even on small building sites. <IMAGE>
