PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the bonding portion of divided cores without necessity of particular work by forming a recess or a projection on the outer periphery of a plurality of divided cores in the vicinity of the divided surface, and bonding them via a bonding band which is made of a metal layer and an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Divided cores 1, 1' are formed with recesses 3, 3' or a projection on the outer periphery in the vicinity of the divided surface 2. A bonding band 5 is mounted on the recesses, 3, 3' or the projection so that the divided surfaces 2 of the cores 1, 2' are intimately contacted. This band 5 is constructed in a 2-layer structure, in which a metal layer 5a made of a ferromagnetic material or a metal plate or the like having an elasticity such as cores is arranged at the side opposed to the cores 1, 1' and an electrically insulating layer 5b is arranged at the outside. In this manner, the reliability of the bonding portion of the divided cores can be remarkably enhanced without necessity of a particular work. |
