<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and assembling of an apparatus, by constituting a paper conveyance unit separably from the main body, and rendering power transmission members engageable and disengageable and electric power supply lines connectible and disconnectible both automatically at the time of separation and junction. CONSTITUTION:A space of jammed paper removal is afforded by separating and drawing out the paper conveyance unit 16 consisting of a heat roll 27, a transfer device 22, and rolls, etc. from the main body 1A on almost horizontal rails in the arrow direction. As a result, exchange operations of the roll 27, etc. are made easy, and since an inversion guide 19 and a pressing roll 21 are fixed to the side of the main body 1A, the paper conveyance route is perfectly disclosed, paper removal is further made easy, and maintenance is facilitated. Since connectors for high and low power supplies are installed to both sides of the main body 1A and the unit 16, respectively, automatic disconnection can be made at the separation operation, and at the junction operation of the unit 16, it can be mounted on the main body 1A without connecting the power supply lines, thus facilitating assembling remarkably.</p> |
