PURPOSE:To process a document easily and freely, by calling a designated document data and a graph pattern data, merging them as a merged document data, and outputting a document into which a graph or a pattern is inserted, in accordance with control information in the merged document data. CONSTITUTION:A graph or a pattern generated by an operator is written in an external storage medium. A merge-processing function calls a designated document and a graph pattern from the external storage medium, merges them and generates one document data. When an output of the merged document data is instructed, it is inserted into a designated place and is outputted in accordance with control information in the document data. |
