The suspension of a distributor for the spraying of liquid or solid materials on the chassis of an agricultural vehicle, such as is proposed according to Patent P 3203210 on a crossmember of the chassis via rollers or sliding shoes, is modified and developed in that the rollers (10) or sliding shoes are mounted on the crossmember (5), instead of on the distributor (7), and the rolling tracks (6) or sliding tracks extending obliquely outwards or inwards and downwards for the rollers (10) or sliding shoes are arranged on the top side of the distributor (7), and in that the intermediate beam or intermediate beams (11), provided if appropriate, have the rolling tracks (6) above the rollers (10) or sliding shoes mounted on it or on them, and, to provide a moment of oscillation which is the best possible for a given constructional height of the crossmember, the crossmember (5) and, if appropriate, also the intermediate beam or intermediate beams (11) is or are designed to extend in a straight line as far as its or their opposite ends carrying a bearing (15) for each of the rollers (10) or sliding shoes.
