PURPOSE:To change the volume of displacement in stepless by a method wherein a cam position adjusting means is provided at the side of a case and the cam is moved into a substantially orthogonal direction to the reciprocating direction of a piston. CONSTITUTION:The piston 18, a cylinder block 17 and a rotary shaft 1 are rotated into a direction shown by a large line arrow sign. When Z1-Z2 axis and A1-A2 axis are brought into coincidence and an eccentricity E is made zero, the piston 18 keeps contacting condition with the cam and a torque is not generated even if a hydraulic pressure is applied thereto. When the eccentricity E is increased further, the angle of inclination of an imaginary slope is increased and a stroke S during one revolution of the piston is increased. That means that the volume of displacement of the rotary hydraulic machine may be increased in stepless as the eccentricity E is being increased. |
