PURPOSE:To prevent current hogging effectively even when a driving current is small, by flowing a current from a constant current source to respective bases of plural transistors (TR) through respective collectors of a multiple-division collector type PNP TR. CONSTITUTION:The constant current source 2 is connected to the emitter 21a of the multiple-division collector type lateral PNP TR21. When a switching element 1 is off, the current I of the constant current source 2 flows through the TR21 to drive TRs 3 and 4. The distribution rate of the current I in the circuit is fixed; and the current I of the constant current source 2 is distributed accurately regardless of its value, i.e. even when the driving current is small, and the number of elements is decreased simultaneously, facilitating the integration. |
