PURPOSE:To extend an interval of exchange of cleaning web with simple constitution, by installing a member in contact with the web rotating in synchronization with the winding speed, and controlling an amt. of web wound in accordance with a signal of a rotation amt. meter. CONSTITUTION:The cleaning web 2 is brought into press contact with the body 1 to be cleaned with a pressing roll 3, and fed from a feed axis 5 and wound around a winding axis 4. A spur 9 having an outer periphery consisting of many needles is arranged so as to cause the needles to touch the web 2 lightly, and a disc 7 concentrically fixed to the spur 9 has grooves on the periphery, and its rotation amt. is counted as pulses with a sensor 8. As a result, the exchange interval of the web can be prolonged and its life can be lengthened, too, by rotating a motor only for a time necessary for counting an equal number of pulses, and giving an optimum feed rate to the web. |
