PURPOSE:To permit easy industrial compositing of an ultrathin film which is uniform and free from unevenness by continuously bringing the ultrathin high-polymer film formed between two pieces of movable side belts into contact with a film-like base thereby uniting the film and base. CONSTITUTION:A soln. of a film forming high-polymer material (e.g., polydimethyl siloxane) is released onto the surface of the supporting liquid (e.g., distilled water) in a supporting liquid tank 1. Two pieces of the movable side belts 3 are so installed that the belts face each other on both sides and that the belts are partly immersed in the supporting liquid or are brought into contact with the surface of the supporting liquid. The ultrahigh high-polymer film formed between the two belts 3 is continuously brought into contact with the base 5 (e.g., non-woven polyester fabric) by a compositing means such as rollers to unite the film and the base. As a result, the easy and industrial compositing of the uniform ultrathin film having no unevenness is made possible. |
