PURPOSE:To enhance the burning efficiency, by controlling a scraper by differential pressure at the outlet and inlet parts of a phase separating device, measuring the flow rates of a burner and a returning circuit immediately before the burner, controlling the amount of consumption of COM, and controlling the burning by a signal from a viscometer. CONSTITUTION:A scraper 22 scarpes attached materials on the surface of a filter 21 in a phase separating device 3. A variable speed motor 11, which drives the scraper 22, is controlled by the output of a differential pressure transmitting device 12 at outlet and inlet parts of the device 3. In a flow path from a relay tank 1 to a burner 18 through the device 3 and a flow rate measuring part 6, a returning pipe 17 is separated immediately before the burner 18 and connected to the tank 1 through a flowmeter 10. The amount of consumption of COM is controlled based on the difference between measured values from the flowmeter 6 and 10. The burning of the burner 18 is controlled by the signal from a viscometer 5. |
