PURPOSE:To encrypt or decode a transmission data with a simple constitution, by adding a predetermined variable parameter stored at a transmission and a receiving side to a data at the transmission and subtracting the parameter from the receiving data at the receiving. CONSTITUTION:A parameter generated from a parameter generator 1 is stored in a parameter storage register 2 once in a main station 100. The parameter is transmitted to a slave station 200 and stored in a parameter storage register 11. Further, the data is added with the parameter at an adder 4 during the transmission and after applying code conversion, the result is transmitted to a slave station 200 via a parallel/serial converter 7 and a transmission line 300. On the other hand, the received encryption data is inputted to a subtractor 14 via a parallel/serial converter 9 at the slave station 200 and the parameter component stored in the register 11 is subtracted. As a result, the substantial original data is obtained. |
