PURPOSE:To save an electrical energy, extend a life of electrical components and prevent a speaker noise during non-voice period by a method wherein the part relating to a voice output of a voice synthesizing device etc. is energized during only a specific period in which the voice is to be fed out and no energization is made during the remaining period. CONSTITUTION:A control unit 1 generates a signal to cause a switch transistor Q1 to be conductive in synchroneous with a period in which a signal is produced by the control part 1 in respect to the voice synthesizing device 5 in order to produce the voice output of desired message from the speaker 7, so that an electrical power is applied to the voice output part without any trouble and the desired voice is generated. In case that it is not necessary to produce a voice output, the transistor Q1 is kept OFF and the supplying of electrical power to the voice output part is shut off. Since a buffer 4 for oven collector is installed between the voice synthesizing device 5 and the control part 1, an electric current in the control part 1 does not flow to the voice synthesizing part and the shutting-off of the power supply for the voice output part is positively performed. |
