PURPOSE:To enable to mold a thick molded product, by casting, foaming the stock of a phenolic foam object on the layer of the phenolic foam object, laminating them integrally, further repeating the laminating process arbitrary times, making the total thickness an objective value. CONSTITUTION:The stock of a phenolic foam object is cast in the mold 1 having the depth larger than the thickness of the purpose molded object, heat foamed and the first layer 21 of the phenolic foam object is shaped. Further the stock of the phenolic foam object is cast on said layer 21 of the phenolic foam object, heat foamed and the second layer 22 of the phenolic foam object is shaped. Then, the third layer 23 of the phenolic foam object which is laminated integrally on the layer 22 of the foam object by the same method is shaped. In this time, all concavities and defects shaped on the surface of the second layer 22 of the phenolic foam object are repaired by the third layer 23 of the phenolic foam object. |
