PURPOSE:To improve the operating speed and the dependancy of the power supply voltage fluctuation, by providing a constant current source to a base and a collector of an input transistor(TR). CONSTITUTION:A TRQ6 and a constant current source CS decide the base potential of a TRQ5 and constant currents I1, I2 are respectively supplied to the base and collector of a multiemitter TRQ1 from a TRQ5. When either of input voltages VIN1, VIN2 is in a low level, the I1, I2 flow both to the emitter of the multiemitter TRQ1 and a TRQ2 is not driven. When the input voltages VIN1, VIN2 are in a high level, the I1 flows to a parasitic TRQ4. The TRQ1 is in inverting operation state in this case. The I2 flows to the base of the TRQ2 at the same time to boost the potential for driving the TRQ2. That is, the I2 is used to drive the TRQ2 in the driving state, thereby eliminating the deficiency of the drive current. |
