PURPOSE:To form a coated film having a uniform thickness even in a differential diameter piping by disposing a freely expandable and contractible thin film pig inflated by filling fluid therein and paint into a pipe to be treated in such a manner that the paint is positioned inward and supplying a working fluid from the rear of the pig. CONSTITUTION:The freely expandable and contractible thin film pig 7 inflated by filling the fluid 8 therein and the paint 6 are disposed into the pipe 5 to be treated in such a manner that the paint 6 is positioned forward. The working fluid 9 is supplied from the rear of the pig 7 to move the pig 7 and the paint 6 forward. As a result, the lining coated film having a uniform thickness is efficiently and inexpensively formed in the differential diameter piping as well.
