PURPOSE:To attain a support having the performance of flame-retardant property without generating harmful gas and losing mechanical strength, by constituting the diaphragm with a cloth member where a mixture of low content formaldehyde melamine resin and/or phenol resin mixed with organic phosphorus and nitride chemical compound are mixed is impregnated. CONSTITUTION:A damper 2 supporting a diaphragm 1 is formed that the organic phosphorous and nitride compound as a flame retardant substance is mixed to a low formaldehyde system melamine resin and/or a phenol resin to form a mixture, the mixture is impregnated in a woven cloth such as cotton, and after the woven is dried and formed with heating and pressing, and flame retardant property is given. Further, an nonwoven cloth can be used in addition to the woven cloth such as cotton. As the low content formaldehyde melamine resin, a 3- methylolmelamine is used and this has less content of formaline than a 6-methylolmelamine. The 3-methyrolmelamine is condensated to be soluble in alcohol. The low content formaldehyde melamine resin can be used with an organic amine catalyst. |
