PURPOSE:To discriminate accurately and easily multi-valued level with simple circuit constitution, by providing a level discriminating circuit discriminating the level in response to an output waveform of a circuit to be measured for performing the discrimination with the control of a level selection switching circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output pattern waveform of the circuit to be measured such as an electronic circuit is applied to a level discrimination circuit 2 via an input terminal 1. When the voltage level of the said output pattern waveform is in a high voltage level, one voltage level is selected from a level discriminating power supply group 7 with the control of the level selection switching circuit 8 in the timing of the high voltage level for operating selectively the switch of a level changeover switch group 9, and the level discriminating circuit 2 discriminates which is higher or lower in the voltage level applied to a discriminating level input terminal 3a of the level discriminating circuit 2 and the voltage level of the output pattern waveform applied to the input terminal 1. The result of the discrimination is supplied to a pattern coincidence circuit 6. |
