VOLTAGE CONTROL OSCILLATOR

摘要

PURPOSE:To stabilize the self-traveling oscillation frequency to the variance of the power supply voltage by using a capacitive element which delays the through rate to obtain the flat relation between the power supply boltage and the self- traveling oscillation frquency. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd capacitor C2 serving as a capacitive element is provided between an earth point and a juncture A between the base of a charging current control transistor TRQ4 and a conduction control TRQ9. Then the through rate of a volatege waveform is delayed at the point A to reduce the effect of the variance of the power supply voltage VCC to the charging time for the 1st capacitor C1 at a point B. Thus a charging/discharging circuit including the capacitor C1 performs its charging/discharing action as desired. As a result, the self-traveling oscillation frequency is always stabilized regardless of the variance of the voltage VCC.
