PURPOSE:To select the order of a consultation item according to the number of accepted patients, and to finish a consultation as early as possible, by providing an acceptance number display part which displays the accepted number of patients at every consulation item and a CRT display part which displays a message. CONSTITUTION:When a consultation card is inputted to an insertion opening 22, a content stored in the consultation card is read with a a consultation card reader 21. Next, a message that requests to depress a push button switch (consultation item selection part)11 for the consultation item, is vocalized and displayed with a speaker 42 and a CRT display part 31. The consulation item is selected in the order to finish the consulation as early as possible, looking at the number of the patients who have already been accepted at every consultation item by an acceptance number display part 13, then the switch 11 is depressed. On the display part 31, a required message is displayed when needed. The numeric value of the display part 13 is increased by one at every depression of the switch 11. When a confirmation switch 91 is depressed after finishing a selection, the consultation card is pusshed out from the insertion opening 22, and a consultation acceptance slip for the item to receive the consultation is issued from a consultation acceptance slip issuing part 24. |
