<p>PURPOSE:To enable to readily adjust the circuit properties of an interior from the exterior even after a package is sealed by forming a thin film element such as resistor or the like on the surface of a package cover plate and coupling the element to the circuit in the package. CONSTITUTION:The value of a resistor 10 is varied by suitably selecting terminals 11 for altering the resistnce value and connecting via a shortcircuit wire 12. Since the bias voltage of an amplifier 3 is varied by the operation, the gain- frequency characteristic of the amplifier 3 can be consequently externally controlled.</p> |
