<p>PURPOSE:To enable a high assembly efficiency to be realized and a sufficient connective strength to be achieved in aconnecting the lead wires of various kinds of electronic parts or circuit elements, installed inside the base of an incandescent lamp, electrically to especially the screw part of the base. CONSTITUTION:One end of the lead wire 13 of a resistor 9a is connected to a metallic part 10 which is attached to the pointed end of an insulator 14 fixed to the bottom of a screw part 11. As to one end of the lead wire 15 of another resistor 9b, after a pair of cuts 17a and 17b are provided on a concave thread 16 of the screw part 11 of a base in such a manner that the cuts 17a and 17b extend in the sam direction as the concave thread 16, a projection 18 proturding inside the base is formed between the cuts 17a and 17b, and the above end of the lead 15 is fused to the projection 18 by a means such as spot welding. As a result, although the tensile strength of a connection part formed by only fusing a lead wire to the inner surface of a screw part by spot welding without providing any cuts or projections is only around 1kg, a tensile strength of about 5kg can be achieved by the above method.</p> |
