<p>PUSH-TYPE SWATHER ATTACHMENTS A swather unit is mounted either on one side or both of a tractor and is driven from the power take-off thereof or by orbital hydraulic motors connected to the hydraulic system of the tractor. If desired, a further swather unit may be mounted across the front of the tractor also thus giving a choice of one, two or three units. The side units may pivot rearwardly to lie parallel to the fore and aft axis of the tractor for transport purposes. The units may be mounted to the tractor individually or to a framework mounted upon the tractor and they may be removed readily when not required thus freeing the tractor for other purposes. The side units are supported upon wheels which may be castor or pinned movable type construction for movement from a field position to a transport position and vice-versa.</p> |
