CONSTITUTION:When the motor 11 of a rotary driving means 1 rotationally driven, the pulley 25 in the side of a rotary stand 2 is rotated through a pulley 12 and a belt 13 and a paint tank 3 is rotates in integral relation to the rotary stand 21. In parallel to this operation, a painting roller 6 rotates by the driving of the motor 51 for the painting roller 6 and receives the supply of paint from a paint supply roller 4 to paint an object A to be painted. The paint in the paint tank 3 receives stirring action over a wide range along the dipping rotary locus of the paint supply roller 5.
