PURPOSE:To easily read input data by storing scale information and the time when the scale information is printed in a storage part, and reading the scale information to be printed by a recording control part at the specific time and printing it together with the input data. CONSTITUTION:When the scale information is inputted from a setting part 13, the scale information is stored 12 and time data of this scale information is supplied to a time matching circuit 11 successively and continuously. This circuit 11 collates the supplied time data with the current time from a clock 10 and supplies a coincidence command signal to a scale information storage part 12 when they coincides with each other. The controlddd part 14 which receive the coincidence output supplies the output command signal to the scale information storage part 12, which supplies the scale information of the coincident time to the recording control part 15. The control part 15 supplies this cale information to a recording driving part 17 together with data inputted from a single conditioner 16. This driving part 17 prints the scale information suitable to the record of the input data on conveyed recording paper.
