PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product which can simplify the production process and equipment with a prenotching in the condition of flat plate by a method wherein a synthetic resin sheet-shaped member is applied on a metal strip, sheared and roll-molded and then, a lip is formed by extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin sheet-shaped member is applied along the length of a metal strip 17 to form a resin section 8, which is sheared and roll molded to form a profile of a specified shape. Then, lips 5, 6 and 7 formed by extrusion molding at parts other than those sheared. A sheet-shaped material such as general sheet and film in addition to a single-side adhesive tapes can be used as the synthetic resin sheet-shaped member and an adhesive and other adhering means may be used for application. |
