It relates to a clutch release bearing which, for the action of a clutch release fork 12, comprises circumferentially truncated axial guide facets 40, the said axial guide facets 40 each only extending on one side of the axial plane of the assembly which is perpendicular to it. According to the invention, the axial guide facets 40 are thus only truncated over a portion II of their axial length, whilst on another portion I of the latter, starting from the transverse bearing facets 38 provided for the clutch release fork 12, they extend on either side of the said axial plane. Application to "pulled" clutch release bearings, especially for motor vehicles. <IMAGE>
