PURPOSE:To enable the measurement with at least one one-dimensional image sensor to simplify the construction by determining the shape of a transparent image with a one-dimensional light image position detector fastened at the position where the image is generated. CONSTITUTION:A light source 1, a lens 2, a pattern plate 3 having a transmission pattern comprising a ring-shaped light transmission part centered on the optical axis, a lens 4, a stop 5 having a pinhole in the optical axis, a collimator lens 6, a lens 7 to be inspected, a pair of prisms 8 and 9 with a wedge-shaped section and a one-dimensional light image position detector 14 are arranged sequentially on the optical axis. According to the present invention, the two- dimensional position can be detected with at least one one-dimensional image sensor to simplify the construction. |
