PURPOSE:To enable to visualize the missing of dots by entirely driving a print head to print straight lines all perpendicular to bar code groups outside the reading area of bar codes when bar codes are printed with a dot printer. CONSTITUTION:As soon as a bar code 1 is printed with a dot printer, straight lines 2 and 2 all perpendicular to bar code groups outside the reading area of bar codes are printed by an entire driving of a printer head. For example, in a wire dot type label printer, all of the printer wires of the printer head are driven to print. Visualizing a disconnection A in the straight line 2 enables the missing of printing bars in the bar codes 1. |
