PURPOSE:To make a mirror point reliably and to improve safety at the time of backing of a motor car, by a method wherein a mirror designated by a turn signal switch is tilted appropriately for confirmation of a rear wheel by interlocking the mirror with shifting to a reversing position of a transmission. CONSTITUTION:When a trasmission is shifted to a reverse position after a turn signal switch S2 has been closed, a switch S1 is closed and a relay RL1 becomes a contact point (c) side. A transistor T1 is energized, a motor 10 is turned in a positive direction and a mirror is inclined. When the mirror arrives at a pointing position, a lower limit switch 12 becomes open and the rotation of the motor 10 is stopped. When the reversing position is released, the switch S1 is opened, the relay RL1 becomes a contact point (b) side and the transistor T1 becomes nonconducting. A transistor T2 is energized, a relay RL2 is operated, a transistor T3 is energized and the motor 10 is turned reversely owing to electric discharge of a condencer C1. When the mirror is returned to an original position, the rotation of the motor 10 is suspended by a limiter. |
