PURPOSE:To obtain a paper final end detection mechanism obviating the need to set back to manual operation each time a paper cover is closed at swing gate by using a system in which when the swing gate is closed, a yoke is moved and the holding state of the paper is automatically released. CONSTITUTION:When the final end of a paper 7 passes through a pressor 5a, the pressor 5a fits into a hole 17a and contacts with a detection switch 19, whereupon the final end of the paper is detected. When opening a swing gate 3 sideways, the contact between a frame 6 and a coupler 21a is released, and the yoke 21 is turned by a spring 22 in the direction of E until a stopper screw 20a comes into contact with a hole 21c. A paper cover 5 is turned in the direction of A and held by the yoke 21. Under the condition, the paper 7 is set, and the swing gate 4, together with a separator frame 6, is closed in the direction of A. Whereupon, the frame 6 is coupled with the coupler 21d of the yoke 21, and the yoke 21 is turned in the direction of F. Even a latch 21e coupled with a support metal 5b and holding the paper cover 5 is thus moved toward left side and the coupling state with the metal 5b is released. |
