PURPOSE:To contrive to save the weight of suspension device as a whole and at the same time enable to fully secure the suspension function by a structure wherein torque rods are allowed to serve also stabilizer function. CONSTITUTION:When the vertical displacements of right and left or front and rear wheels are uneven as such is the case that one wheel picks up the roughness of a road or the like, said displacements are transferred as vertical displacements between an axle case 23 and the axis center of a stabilizer bar 27 so as to apply a torsional torque to the bar 27 in order to function as a stabilizer. In this case, the rods 28 serve as stabilizer arm and the transmission of the torsional torque is performed through geared rings 49, a spherical body 41 and a key 46. In addition, when a lateral force is applied between the case 23 and the bar 27, the bar 27 side of the rod 28 is subjected to a force with the direction (a), which can be rotatingly absorbed by an arrangement comprising teeth 55 and grooves 56. |
