PURPOSE:To prevent positively working fluid from leakage by supporting a shaft portion for conducting a stator blade outside a turbine casing through a shaft case into which seal liquid having pressure higher than that of working fluid such as flon is supplied. CONSTITUTION:In a compact turbine using low boiling point medium such as flon for working fluid, a variable opening system stator blade 5 disposed in a working fluid path A at the inlet side of casing from a moving blade 4 of a rotor 2 is constituted from a blade section 6 and a shaft section 7 which is journalled by a shaft case 9 through bearings 8, 8'. Above and below the bearings 8, 8' in the shaft case 9 are arranged respectively seal members 10, 10' between which is formed a seal space 11. And to the shaft case 9 are connected a supply pipe 12 and a drain pipe 13 of seal liquid to supply to the seal space 11 the seal liquid having pressure higher than the working fluid pressure in the path A, for example flon proof lubricating oil. |
