PURPOSE:To make it possible to retrieve the antibiotic in an unknown peak, by a method wherein the eluted discharge liquid of high speed liquid chromatography is induced by a fine tube and the leading end of the fine tube or the pen tip attached to the leading end thereof is run on filter paper at a constant speed. CONSTITUTION:A detection apparatus consists of pulley 3 cooperated with a drive motor through a speed variable gear 5, a pulley 4 cooperated with the pulley 3 through a yarn, a belt or a chain, a pen tip support 1 fixed to the yarn, the belt or the chain and filter paper placed under said pen tip support 1 in the moving direction thereof. In this apparatus, by running the pen tip support 1 on the filter paper at a constant speed, the antibiotic in an unkown peak can be retrieved simply. |
