PURPOSE:To make it possible to successively control the number of operating water supply pump even when a remote monitoring control device fails, by continuing the control as even while estimating the water level of a delivery pond by making use of an input value. CONSTITUTION:The input route of a programable controller 12 to an analog converter 15 is switched by the fault contacts 14 of remote monitoring control devices 10, 11, an analog signal from an arithmetic part 13 is inputted into the analog converter 15, and thereby the operating pump number can be successively controlled by making use of the estimated water level H of a delivery pond 8. |
