PURPOSE:To measure simply and accurately an output of a signal generator, by inputting an output of the digital signal generator to a test drawing-in gate, switching the gate with an external command and measuring the output at a test device. CONSTITUTION:The digital signals from an audible signal generator 1 and a multi-frequency signal generator 2 are inputted respectively to gates 4A, 4B of a controller 14, the gates are switched with a control signal from a multiplex control circuit 5, multiplexed in time division and inputted to a time division switch 7. The gates 4A, 4B are provided with test drawing-in gates 8A, 8B connected multiply, and the gates are switched with the output of a test drawing-in control circuit 9 controlled with an external command. An output of the gates 8A, 8B is inputted to a digital signal test circuit 11 and a decoder 12. The circuit 11 tests the normality such as frequency and level of the input signal for measuring value display or abnormal display, the input digital signals are converted into analog signals at the decoder 12 and the confirmation of signal tone is attained with a receiver 13. |
