PURPOSE:To prevent false synchronism, by monitoring an additional code for performing re-hunting depending on a defect of the code, in a digital multiplex converter. CONSTITUTION:A separating section of a digital multiplex converting circuit of the staff synchronism system is added with a re-hunting circuit 8 and a staff designating pulse monitor circuit 9. A bipolar code signal from a line is converted into a unipolar code, a clock is generated and a clock pulse is applied to each section. A frame synchronism is established at a frame synchronism circuit 4, a staff designating pulse is fetched at de-staff control circuit 7 and separated to a channel section at a separating circuit 5, the low order group information only is brought into existence by controlling the control circuit 7 and transmitted to channel sections 1-N. If the staff designating pulse monitor circuit finds out dissidence in the staff designating pulse, the re-hunting is executed forcedly with a re-hunting circuit 8 and the frame synchronism code is fed to a correct position. |
