PURPOSE:To attain the separation and synthesis of a microwave power with a low loss, by coupling plural micro antennas formed on a dielectric base with an over-size waveguide. CONSTITUTION:The interval of one set of opposing walls of a rectangular wave- guide in the over-size waveguide 1 is extended more than the wall interval of the standard wavegide. Four MIC antennas 3-1-3-4 are formed on the dielectric base 2. The MIC antennas 3-1, 3-2- are so-called slot antennas, which are constituted by taking the hatched part on the base 2 as a conductor pattern. Further, the MIC antennas 3-1, 3-2- are arranged along an electric field vector E of the over-size waveguide 1 and coupled with the transmission path of the waveguide 1. Thus, the distribution and synthesis of the microwave power are attained with low loss. |
