PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency, by using one tablet as both a character inputting tablet and a proofreading tablet, in a device for proofreading an original sentence using a tablet. CONSTITUTION:In a proofreading device 1, a sheet 6 on which a correcting character group is arrayed like a matrix is placed so as to be freely attachable and detachable on a tablet 3, a function key area 6A required for the character inputting and proofreading work is provided on the right side end part, and also a proofreading place designating both use area 6B which has an original case 10 for inserting a proofreading hard copy 20 of a primary data, and is capable of indicating a position to be proofread is provided on the lower left corner part. When executing the proofreading work, the hard copy 20 is corrected by being written in red, it is inserted into the original case 10, the corrected position is indicated by touching the corrected place with a pen, also the function key is operated, the corrected character is inputted by the input key, and the proofread sentence is generated on the file. |
